Sample usage

• <box width=100 height=30 rotate=45,{deg} pivot=0,0 {...}> rotates the box around its top-left corner.
• <box width=100 height=30 rotate=45,{deg} pivot=100,30 {...}> rotates it around its bottom-right corner.

Behaviour

Takes two numbers: the distance across and down from the tag's top-left corner, in pixels. Without a pivot, a tag rotates around its centre (a line rotates around its left-hand end).
